She is survived by: her children, Shiann Baker of Newhall, WV, Bernard Bowen (Brittney Dennis) of Newhall, WV and Tommy Farmer (Lakira Sturgill) of Bishop, WV; and her siblings, John Kestner (Delores) of Tazewell, VA and Savanna Kestner (Joseph) of Bishop, WV. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.
