He was predeceased by: his parents, Holland Lee Farley and Frances Iona Sawyers Farley; his stepmother Nancy Farley; his siblings, Jack Farley and Sherry Ellington; and his son Scott Farley.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Farley; his children, Michael Farley (Michelle) of Tazewell, VA and Melanie Keene (Doug) of Bishop, VA; his grandchildren, Courtney Hodge (Jason) of Tazewell, VA, Michael Farley of Tazewell, VA and Matthew Keene of Bishop, VA; his great grandchildren, Joshua Hodge, Caileigh Hodge and Rilyn Farley; his siblings, Arlen Farley (Delores) of Shady Valley, TN, Ola Sue Cruise of Minnesota, Mary Frances Dobbs of Hopewell, VA and Janet Richardson (Chad) of Utah; and his pets, Pugsley and Ginger. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
