She was predeceased by: her mother Vickie Lynn Boothe; her grandparents, Virginia Proffitt-Hagy, Vince Hagy, Fred and Mamie Boothe; and her stepsister Keisha Wingo.
She is survived by: her father Steve Boothe; her children, Isyah Hagy, Keyshawn Taylor, Lauren Taylor and Destiny Taylor; and her grandchildren, TyZaiah, Tylana and TyKeyzz. She is also survived by her Father and countless more loved family members and special friends.
