It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Howard Vance Sr. of Bishop, Virginia, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Vance and Ama Vance; his siblings, Betty Billips, Joyce Smith, Mary Sue Cummings and Farley Vance; and his precious baby girl Brooke Ruble.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Williams Vance; his children, Billy Vance, Jr. (Susie), Beth Vance Radford (Kevin) and Bobbi Watkins (Tim); his sisters, Phyllis Wall of Pulaski and Brenda Manchester of Tazewell; and his great grandchildren, Xander, Isaiah and Zoey Vance.
