He is survived by: his wife Hilda Ann Owens Boyd; his daughter Amanda Boyd (Clay) of Birchleaf, VA; his siblings, Gracie Markcum (Bob) of Kings Mt, Atlis Blankenship of Tazewell, VA, Sandra Adkins (Charles) of Kings Mt and Edmond Boyd (Jean) of Grundy, VA.; and his grandchildren, Dylan Boyd, Logan Boyd, Raegan Boyd and Calyb Boyd.
