He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Morton and Grace Morton. He is survived by: his wife Frampton Morton (Sue); his children, Melissa Wyrick (Steve) and Chad Morton (Mari-Ruth); his granddaughter Sophia; and his sister Barbara Ellington (Al). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made in Bill's honor to St. Jude's.
