He is survived by: his wife Barbara Harvey Wade; his sons, Daniel Wade and Evan Wade of Coeburn, Virginia; his stepson Wayne Baker Jr. of Coeburn, Virginia; his daughter Brilla Wade Tate; his stepdaughter Stacey Barnette of Coeburn, Virginia; and his siblings, Bobby Wade of Coeburn, Virginia and Shirley Sturgill.
