With solemn reverence, we commemorate Shelia Dianne Talbott (Big Stone Gap, Virginia), whose life came to an end on February 28, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Wilke Peters and Bertha Spears; and her sisters, Betty Kirk and Terri Wisniewski. She is survived by: her siblings, Mark Peters (Kim), Jeff Peters (Anita) and Pam Stidham (Dan); her husband James; her daughters, Krista Ketron and Heather Dorton (Don); her grandchildren, Jarred Bush, Courtney Strong, Lindsey Anderson, Hunter Dorton, Grace Ketron, Riley Ketron and Kinsley Dorton; and her great grandchildren, Jesse Reeves, Sydney Sloan, Hunter Anderson and Sawyer Ketron. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Powell Valley Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel (5650 Powell Valley Rd, Big Stone Gap, VA 24219). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
