She is survived by: her husband Mitchell Fee; her former husband Charles Breeding; her siblings, Jim Carroll, Sam Carroll, Johnny Carroll, William Carroll and Sally Manness; her children, Angela Owens (Harold) of Rose Hill, VA. and Silas Fee of Rose Hill, VA.; her granddaughter Nicole Fee of Tazewell, TN.; and her siblings, Penny Carroll of Rose Hill, VA., Melissa Mathews (Allen) of Rose Hill, VA., Ernie Carroll (Jane Price) of Gibson Station, VA., Anthony Carroll (Angela) of Jonesville, VA. and Teresa Moore. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
