He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Lee Fogarty and Hazel Stacy; and his sister Joyce Rich. He is survived by: his wife Merida Fogarty; his sisters, Bonnie Carter, Sharlene Rich (Robert) and Barbara Cerezo (Bernie); and his daughter Brandi Gilley of Illinois. He is also survived by relatives, cousins and friends.
