He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Kilgore and Ava Kilgore; and his sister Ramona Kilgore. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Anderson Kilgore of Norton, Virginia; his children, Todd Kilgore of Norton, VA and Dianne Kilgore Stewart (Bud) of Wise, VA; his sister Stacy Kilgore Laney (Buddy); his grandchildren, Robert Todd Baker (Jessica) of Bristol, TN and Samantha Jo Baker of Wise, VA; his stepgranddaughters, Roberta Baker (Andy) of Pound, VA and Bridget Phillips (Michael) of Pound, VA; and his great grandchildren, Zachary Baker, Kayla Jessee and Andrew Jessee. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
