He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Kelley; his sons, Allen Lawrence Kelley, Matthew Samuel Kelley and Aaron Allen Kelley (Amanda) of Bluff City; his grandchildren, Emily Kelley, Wesley Kincaid (Rachael) of Bluff City, Warren Kincaid of Bluff City, Kortney Chase (Adam) of Kingsport, Jordan Kelley of Kingsport, Ashley Sturgill (Joseph) and Hailey Kelley of Pound; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Lennox and Henry; and his siblings, David Kelley (Judy), Pearlie Murray and Beulah Davidson (Raymond). He is also survived by his family and friends.
