She is survived by: her children, Arthur Couch Jr., Jessica Sage, Linda Osborne, Angel (Lauren Livingston) and Carolyn; her grandchildren, Arthur Couch Jr., Brianna Couch, Serenity Couch, Leery Sage, Luna Livingston, Sarah Livingston, Dakota Suttles, Tyler Suttles, Megan Suttles, Matthew Couch, Zachary Couch, Matt MacManus and Andrew MacManus; her great grandchildren, Alison Suttles, Saydi Suttles, Delilah Suttles and Memphis Suttles; and her close friend Jennifer Chandler. She is also survived by relatives, and friends.
