He is survived by: his son Joseph M. Miller East Stone; his children-in-law, Joyce Miller and Victor Gates, Jr.; his brothers, Wade "June" Miller, Jr. (Nema) and Walter Miller (Brenda); his nieces, Nancy Horner of Minot, ND and Dianna Cannoy of Bruceton Mills, WV; his close friend Johnny Cubine; and also, Crystal Miller and Ashley M. Mullins. He is also survived by many children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and over 42 foster children.
