She is survived by: her husband Randall Lee Smith; her children, Novenia Elizabeth Hook (John) of Jonesborough, TN and Randall Lee Smith, Jr. (Bernice) of Surgoinsville, TN; her siblings, Jean Honaker Darnell of Kingsport, TN, James Ramey (Renee) of Derby, VA and Joe Honaker (Pat) of Kissimmee, FL; her grandchildren, Brie Hook and Elizabeth Gentry; and her great grandchildren, Benjamin Brodie, Evie Brodie, Trey Gentry and Britteny Gentry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, "Thor." The family will receive friends.
