It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Stanley Jessee (Big Stone Gap, Virginia), who passed away on June 18, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Jessee; her parents, Nolan Stanley and Cora Stanley; and her brothers, Scott Stanley, Edd Stanley, Jerry Stanley and Jeffrey Morrissette.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Hunt (Pervin), Michael Jessee and Cindy Caldwell (Brad); her grandchildren, Jessalynn Hunt, Kacie Salomonsky (Reid), Christian Jessee, Anthony Sexton, Jordan Taylor and Lauren Caldwell; her great grandchildren, Nolan Salomonsky and Norah Salomonsky; her nephews, Jacob Morgan and Andrew Morgan; her siblings, Nolan Stanley (Glenetta), Earl Stanley (Bess), Ken Stanley, Jean Ashmore, Jewell Morgan, Sherry Large (Billy), Sandy Boggs (Leonard), Janice Kennedy and Jo Ann Burnham (Nathan); and her sisters-in-law, Grace Stanley and Mavis Stanley. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
