He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessee P. Wells, Sr. and Dixie Wells. He is survived by: his wife Joan Wells; his daughter Denise Caudill (Glenn); and his brothers, Jimmy Dale Wells (Margaret) and Darrell Wells (Norma).
