He was predeceased by: his parents, Lum Maynard and Rosey Maynard. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his son Jeffery Maynard (Donna) of Brevard, NC; his grandchildren, Stephen, Emily and Elizabeth; and his sister Irene Harris of Inez, KY. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
