He is survived by: his son Steven Bolinsky; his grandsons, Joshua Bolinsky, Jacob Horner and Christopher Bolinsky; his great grandchild Atreyu Bolinsky; and his siblings, Eugene Bolinsky (Carol), Pete Bolinsky (Janey), Joe Bolinsky (Linda), Hugh Bolinsky (Carol) and Barb Sturgill. He is also survived by his family and friends.
