He is survived by: his parents, Sylvia Carter and Larry; his brother James; his wife Rebecca Louise Hall; his children, Douglas Hall (Jodi Hall) and Emily Hall; and his granddaughters, Isabelle and Delilah Hall. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nephews and nieces.
Douglas McArthur Hall, Sr. went to be with God on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2021 after a battle with COVID.
