He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradley Brewer and Myrtle Blevins; his son Christopher Brewer; and his siblings, Ernest, Richard, John, Meadie and Thelma.
He is survived by: his wife Marie "Elaine" Brewer; his children, Robert Brewer (Amy) of Duffield, VA and Melissa Vanover (Doug) of Kingsport, TN; his daughter-in-law Vinia Brewer of Ben Her, VA; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Sarah, Bradley (Kristin), Brandon and Elijah; and his great grandchildren, Cameron, Zeus and Xander. He is also survived by many brothers-in-laws and sister in-laws many nieces, nephews family and friends.
