It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Curtis Eugene Carroll (Big Stone Gap, Virginia), who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ike Carroll and Ethel Carroll; his wife Thelma Carroll; and his siblings, Eunice Bishop, Bernice Delph, Aileen Pennington, Clyde Carroll, Carson Carroll and Clinton Carroll.
He is survived by: his son Ricky Carroll (Michelle); his grandson Phillip Carroll; and his brothers, Don Carroll (Norma) and Melvin Carroll (Donna). He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
