He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley Pauline Mitchell-Keesee; his daughter Paula Joann Keesee-Baker (Joy); and his parents, Cleta-Bell Fleenor-Keesee and Joseph Clay Keesee Sr.. He is survived by: his daughter Deborah Kayreen Knapp; his son-in-law Roscoe Harold Baker Jr.; his granddaughters, Sharley LeAnn Baker-Rutherford (Jordan Rutherford) and Skyla Dawn Baker (Makenna Stanard); and his great grandchildren, Nevaeh Mitchell, Skylar, Huntley and Paisley Rutherford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
