She is survived by: her husband Ray Marcum; her children, Michelle Carter of Wise, VA., Rachelle Morgan, Mickey Carter (Jessica) of Castlewood, VA. and Michael Carter (Kelia) of Johnson City, TN.; her grandchildren, Jamie Carter of California, Richard Carter (Lakin) of Pound, VA., Brianna Shea of Bluefield, VA., Zachary Carter of Wise, VA., Katlin Carter of Lebanon, VA., Skyler Carter of Johnson City, TN., Bailee Carter of Johnson City, TN., J. Carter of Castlewood, VA. and Logan Carter of Castlewood, VA.; her great grandchildren, Shealey Ratlff, Bryghton Ratliff, Wrenezman Ratliff, Khaizton Ratliff, La'venna Ratliff, Keenen Bandy, Xavier Carter, Braxton Carter and Anniston Carter; and her sisters, Charlene Rich (Robert) and Barbara Cerzo (Bernado) of California. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends.
