He is survived by: his daughter Wanda Bentoski (Michael); his granddaughters, April Marie Bentoski and Makayla Machell Bentoski; and his siblings, Glenna Sue Millsap Eldridge of Kingsport, Evelyn Millsap Sampson of Roanoke, Bob Millsap of Dryden and Wayne Millsap of Vonore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
