She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Lee Belcher; her parents, Grover Cleveland Shortridge and Kate Stiltner Shortridge; her daughter Vikki Parsons; her siblings, Grover Cleveland Shortridge and Lucille VanWierengen; her son-in-law Tom Anderson; and her half-sisters, Rachel Salyer, Nona Shepard and Ida Dotson.
She is survived by: her children, Mike Belcher (Patricia) of Meadowview and Kim Anderson of Glade Spring; her sister Maxine Brewer of Campton; and her grandchildren, Sarah Smith, Jodee Jessee, Kellie Cooper, Richard Belcher, Michael Belcher, Matthew "Rob" Belcher, Jennifer Belcher and Billy Wyatt. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
