He is survived by: his former wife Helen Ruth Looney (Stiltner) of Grundy, VA; his children, Corbett Looney, Charles Looney, Roberta Ramey (Greg), Phyllis Charlton (Tim) and Ruby Collier (Robbie); and his siblings, Charles Looney, Darrell Looney (Delores), Marty Looney (Kathy), Randy Looney (Debbie), Joyce "Rose" Wolford and Loretta Ratliff. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
