He is survived by: his wife Hazel Ann Blackburn (Lester) of Big Rock, VA; his children, Karen Denise Stiltner of Bristol, VA and William Jerome Blackburn (Tina) of Rock Hill, SC; his grandchildren, Justin Ryan Stepp, William Dalton Blackburn (Aimee), Sarah Beth Blackburn and Logan Anthony Stiltner; and his sisters, Alpha Potter of Vansant, VA, Estie Accord of Cedar Bluff, VA, Betty Blackburn of Grundy, VA, Lucille Bailey of Beckley, WV and Edith Moore of Oakwood, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
