She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Onie Johnson and Arthur Johnson; her husband Estin "Rudolph" McClanahan; her siblings, Helen Faulkner (Raymond), Blanche Dale (Bill), Agnes Bartee (Dexter), Phyllis Durland, Kathryn Webb (Ron) and Doug Johnson (Tacy); and her sister-in-law Cleo McClanahan of Atlanta, GA.. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Betty McClanahan's name to Marshall Baptist Church, 4121 Winchester Road, Marshall, VA 20115.
