He was predeceased by: his parents, Paris Henry and Eliza Geneva Clevinger Elswick; and his siblings, Clovis Johnson, Glemma Elswick and Ersil Elswick.
He is survived by: his brother Harold (Karen Stiltner); his caregivers, Chad, Crystal and Summer Owens of Poplar Creek; and his brothers, Jimmy Stacy, Roger Coleman, Jerry Overstreet, Troy Looney, Lance Looney and Larry Puckett. He is also survived by Brothers-in-Law, 3-Special Sisters-in-Law; and several nieces and nephews.
