He is survived by: his wife Bernice Goff Floyd Kay; his stepdaughters, Pamela Thornhill (Jim), Sheri Phillips (Kendall) and Melissa Lee (Chris); his brother Robert Kay (Alicia); and his nieces and nephews, Kim Greene, Elizabeth Hunt (Shane), Tracey Kelly (Darren), Antenella Roberts, Michael Witt (Andrea), Martin Witt and Mitchell Witt. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
