She was predeceased by: her parents, Weston Morgan Monroe and Ira Enochs Monroe; her husband Michael Allen Tomlin; and her sister Patricia Reynolds. She is survived by: her son Edward Allen Tomlin (Jessica); her siblings, Winston F. Monroe, Richard B. Monroe (Wanda) and Brenda M. Ashwell (Dennis); and her grandchildren, Abby Lee Tomlin and Luke Allen Tomlin.
