Norma Lee Wilson Almond Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2025, at the age of 82, Norma Lee Wilson Almond of Big Island, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Wilson and Fleta Wilson; her brothers, Gerald, Ray, Clyde and Stuart Wilson; and her husband James Alfred Almond.

She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Peters and Greg Almond; her children-in-law, Darrell Peters and Jennifer Almond; her grandchildren, Justin Alfred, Hunter Almond and Brittany Alfred Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Lily Alfred, Samantha Alfred and Chase Johnson.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Haymarket Baptist Church (1400 Washington Street, Haymarket, VA 20169). A prayer will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
