He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Duff and Myrtle Duff; his grandson Daniel Rice; and his siblings, Homer Duff and Virlee Tomlin.
He is survived by: his wife Doris O'Connor Rice Duff; his grandchildren, Jamie Nolder, Debra Rice, Charlie Padgett, Jonathan Wilkinson (Crystal), Joshua Duff, Elise Padgett (Pierce) and David Ray Wilkinson; and his siblings, Betty Radford-Welch (James), Henry Duff, Wayne Duff and Bobby Duff (Julie). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
