He is survived by: his spouse Vonda Goff Spinner; his parent Adell Scott Spinner; his children, Isaiah Spinner, Georgette Carter (Kenneth), Silisa Kyle (Edwin), Evangeline Waugh (Leon), Annelida Carter (Kelvin) and Dwana Thornton (Troy); and his siblings, Jewell Spinner, Ollie McDaniels and Carrie Franklin (Jack). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
