He was predeceased by: his father Wilber Homer Branch; his daughter Valorie Sue Branch; and his brother Roger Branch. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hicks Branch; his son Frank Branch, Jr. (Christi); his grandchildren, Jessica Winegar, Jarrett Branch, Brittany Pierce of Richmond, VA and Timmy Pierce of Lynchburg, VA; his siblings, David Branch of Big Island, Emma Jean Markham (Earnest "Blue") of Big Island, Sherry Byers (Gary) of Big Island, Rosalita Rice of Coleman Falls and Velma Simpson (Eddie) of Gretna; and his friend Sammy Goff.
