She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Osborne Locke, Sr. and Annie Thompson Locke of Virginia; and her sister-in-law Diane Laign Locke. She is survived by: her husband James Douglas Moler; her daughter Jill Moler Kerr of Winchester, VA; her grandsons, Tanner Scott Kerr (Amanda) of Winchester, VA and Gunner Douglas Kerr (Ashley) of Winchester, VA; her great grandchildren, Kennedy Anne Kerr and Cannon Garrott Kerr; her sister Betty Foster (Roger) of Winchester, VA.; her daughter Ann Douglas Moler Armel; her granddaughter Ann Bailey Kerr; her son-in-law Gregory Scott Kerr; and her brother Roy O. "Buddy" Locke, Jr..
