She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Adams and Naomi Edmunds Adams; her siblings, Charles, Herman, Pauline, Anna Faye, Christine and Maxine (David); her granddaughter Christina Russell; and her stepson Larry Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Delilah Smith (Richard) of Eden, NC, Tammy C. Spring of Virginia and Anita Counselman (Jimmy) of White Post, VA; and her grandchildren, DJ Spring (Rose), Hunter Spring, Joshua Spring (Ashley), Spencer Spring, Jamie Counselman (April), Cody Counselman and Clay Counselman. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ebenezer Cemetery (20412 Airmont Rd, Bluemont, VA 20135).
