We are sad to announce that on August 10, 2021, at the age of 62, Tracey Lynn Hart of Berryville, Virginia, born in Arlington, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Byron Smith and Sue Ann Clifton Smith; and her brother Danny Smith. She is survived by: her husband J. Frank Hart; her children, Justin Byron Anderson of Frederick, MD and Ashley Lynn Morris of Dale City, VA; her stepchildren, James Frank Hart of Winchester, VA and Kelly Hart Staib (Dave) of York, VA; her sisters, Jody Lee Smith and Wendy Ray Newman; her half-sister Pam McClaren; and her grandchildren, Kaydence True McCullen and Leelynn Robert McCullen.
