He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Fox and Henry Stickel; his sisters, Gloria Virts and Phyllis Noakes; and his sister-in-law Florence Stickel.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Painter Stickel; his brother John Stickel, Sr.; his sons, Aaron, Michael, Sr. and Thomas, Jr. (Molly); his grandchildren, Michael, Jr. and Brittany; and his great grandchildren, Victoria Allamong and Bella Funkhouser. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
