She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Edgar Kerns, Sr. and Bessie Nelson Ridgeway Kerns. She is survived by: her siblings, Caroline Sowers of Berryville, VA and Clarence "Buster" Edgar Kerns, Jr. of Berryville, VA. She is also survived by five nephews and one niece.
