Sewall Franklin is survived by: wife Dolores Waters Fultz; children, Gary Fultz (Margaret) of Berryville, VA and Susan Carruth of Middletown, DE; granddaughters, Margaret Ausberry (Marshal) and Sarah Newman (Glen); and great grandchildren, Isaac, Luke Newman, Bailey and Charlotte Ausberry.
