It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rodney James Schulz of Berryville, Virginia, born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on January 25, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Heinrich Schulz and Friederike Gesine Roetcher Schulz; his son Robert Lee Schulz; and his grandson Tristan Schulz. He is survived by: his wife Diana McGuire Schulz; his children, Susan Lynn Hinson (Bob) of Gloucester, VA, Cara Diane Estep (Steve) of New River, AZ, Saundra Lucille Colantonio (Ron) of Berryville, VA and Rodney James Schulz, Jr. (Mindy) of Haymarket, VA; and his grandchildren, Jessica Burrage, Robert Hinson, Jr., Katherine George, Dena Bullard, Samantha Estep, Zachary Estep, Nicholas Rehder, Morgan Rehder, Victoria Field, Hayden Schulz and Aelin Schulz. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
