He is survived by: his daughter Ann Marie Breeden; his grandchildren, Thomas Breeden and Jennifer Breeden; his great grandchild Ava Page Breeden of Stephens City, VA; and his siblings, George William Smallwood, Jr., Michael Woodrow Smallwood, Sandra Kay Lloyd of Berryville, VA, Wanda Jane Smallwood of Berryville, VA and Bonnie Sue Feltner of Berryville, VA. He is also survived by four nephews; and two nieces.
