He was predeceased by: his parents, Eben Garland Fuller and Irma Jane Costello Fuller; and his brother Richard E. Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Doris Elizabeth Everhart; his stepson Larry LeHew, Jr. (Mary) of Paris, VA; and his siblings, Reginald Fuller of Raleigh, NC, Ronald Fuller of Charles Town, WV and Rosalind F. Longerbeam of Berryville, VA.
