Harper (Sherry) of Athens, AL and Alethia Burks (Nathaniel) of Winchester, VA; his grandchildren, Joshua White, Kiwana Harper, Kevin Harper, Jr., Christen Harper, Ta'Corrious Strothers and Omya Burks; his great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Joziah, Alexia, Samiya, Jalen, Anthony, Aliana, Naomi, Novaleigh, Iyana and Kyrin; his siblings, Norman Harper (Margaret) of Winchester, VA, Eugenia Grant of Winchester, VA and Marcella Roberts of Berryville, VA; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Firestone of Winchester, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
