She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence "Pete" Rinard and Dorothy Jenkins Rinard; her husband Charles M. Feltner; her daughter Janet Willingham; her granddaughter Bridget Feltner; and her siblings, Gary, Lloyd Rinard, Jean Bowers and Hilda Ewing.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Feltner of Berryville, VA and Alvin Feltner of Lexington, NC; and her siblings, Alton Rinard of Wardensville, WV, Tommy Rinard of Wardensville, WV, Mary Fishel of Wardensville, WV, Grace Smith of Wardensville, WV and Shirley Garrett of Harrisville, WV. She is also survived by two grandsons; six great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
