She is survived by: her husband James Russell Jenkins, Sr.; her children, Linda Dutrow of Berryville, VA, Peggy Holben of Gerrardstown, WV, Patsy Miller of Harpers Ferry, WV, Donna Whitacre of Fort Ashby, WV, Kathy Lamont of Front Royal, VA, Stacey Jenkins of Little Washington, VA and James Russell Jenkins, Jr. of Winchester, VA; her siblings, Juanita Armell, Darleen Kesner, Bill Nesselrodte, George Nesselrodte, Jr. and Mearl Nesselrodte; her grandchildren, Mandy Butler, Joey Butler, Rusty Jenkins, Shelly Lamont, Ashley Jenkins, Pleasant Burns and Alexis Jenkins; her stepgrandchildren, Summer, Matt, Kara, Sheena and Shonta; and her brothers, Curtis Nesselrodte, Stanley Nesselrodte and Donald Nesselrodte. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
