He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Smallwood, Sr. and Beulah Mae Mobley Smallwood; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Randolph Smallwood. He is survived by: his children, Monica Mae Smallwood and Zackery Wayne Smallwood; and his siblings, George William Smallwood, Jr., Sandra Kay Lloyd of Berryville, VA., Wanda Jane Smallwood of Berryville, VA. and Bonnie Sue Feltner of Berryville, VA..
