He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Fletcher and Genevieve Simpson Fletcher; and his siblings, Charles "Buck" Fletcher, Janet Baker, Ralph "Butch" Fletcher and Bonnie Fletcher Reed.
He is survived by: his son Joseph Fletcher (Tiffany); his grandson Bryson Fletcher of Inwood; and his sister Cheryl Fletcher Marshall of Fredericksburg, VA.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as loving relatives and friends.
